What does excellence in NDIS Support Service look like?

Based on feedback from NDIS Participants, the things that are most needed and valued include:

  • The preparedness and ability for Providers to take the time and really understand what a person needs and then provide the service and opportunities that empower people to lead the life they want.
  • The service and support must be of a quality standard that is acceptable to each person, consistent and sustainable and able to be flexible (if needs change).
  • True collaboration and trust are necessary and not negotiable and are values that drive us at I-Help Disability Services every day– put us to the test – you can choose too!
