SIL participant onboarding - Staff training
Welcoming a new SIL participant in Melbourne’s northern suburbs!
To ensure the highest quality of care when onboarding a new SIL participant in our care, the support team underwent tailored training sessions with I-Help’s Accommodations and Clinical Care departments. This was further complemented with an in-depth Therapeutic Behaviour Support training session, delivered by Corey, a Practitioner from CBChange.
I-Help Disability Services’ Clinical Care and Accommodation teams provide comprehensive support for participants transitioning into SIL supported accommodation. Led by registered nurses, I-Help’s Clinical Care Department ensures specialist care management to all participants.
At I-Help Disability Services, we specialise in Supported Independent Living (SIL) with a strong focus on complex and high-needs support, and we’re proud to be an NDIS registered provider of High Intensity Supports. Our goal is to ensure participants with complex medical needs receive safe, qualified, and personalised care.
