Support Independent Living Briar Hill

People with disabilities find every aspect of their life very challenging. There may be complications with social interactions, communications and even completing their everyday activities. If you or your loved one has any sort of disability and are in need of support to lead an independent life, you can count on i-Help Disability Services. With a commitment to serve individuals with disabilities across Briar Hill and the surrounding suburbs, we run Supported Independent Living (SIL) program through which the beneficiaries receive comprehensive support in managing their routine works and leading an independent life.

Features Of Our SIL Program:

  • Under this program, the participants can get round the clock support from our expert caregivers. Whether the person requires help at day or night, there will be someone to provide the needed support.
  • We will communicate with the family members of the individual with disabilities, local authorities and medical professionals to come up with a well-structured, personalised care plan that meets his/her life goals and interest.
  • Our independent living support program is best for people with any sort of disabilities, including autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, dementia, acquired brain injuries, personality disorders, complex health needs, etc.

Shared or Independent Accommodation:

With our SIL program, the individual can choose to live in an independent house or a shared accommodation depending on their own personal preferences and budget. However, we recommend living in a shared accommodation as the individual will be able to establish friendship with other like-minded people. This helps to build confidence in them and enhances the life of both the individual and their family members.
