Support Independent Living Kealba
People with disabilities value their individuality and prefer living independently. However, due to their impairment, they may seek the assistance of their family members or care-givers to complete their day to day tasks. If you have someone in your family with disability and want her/him to lead an independent life, then ‘Support Independent Living’ program offered by i-Help Disability Services may be right for you.
Whom Can We Help?
We have been providing a full range of living support for people across Kealba and the surrounding suburbs with various disabilities, including personality disorders, autism, complex health needs, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, learning disabilities, dementia, acquired brain injuries, etc. Our caregivers work with them and their family members to understand their life goals and come up with a personalised plan that meets their specific support needs.

Live In An Individual Or Shared Accommodation:
When you enroll in our independent living program, you will get an opportunity to live in an individual or shared accommodation at your preferred location, budget and other preferences. However, we recommend the individuals to live in a shared accommodation as they will be able to live together with people having similar disabilities, aspirations, interests and goals. Living together with like minded people enable your loved ones to develop their socialising skills and pursue an independent life.
