However, individuals with development and intellectual disabilities may need a supporting hand to accomplish their goals. i-Help’s ‘Support Independent Living (SIL)’ program assists disabled people across Moreland West and the surrounding suburbs to live as independently as possible. In addition, we also provide opportunities to find the right pathway to their life goals. Under this program, people with disabilities can choose to live on their own or with a roommate having similar conditions, interest and life goals in a shared accommodation.

What Is The Goal Of This Program?

The ultimate goal of our SIL program is to provide constant support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live in their own homes or shared residence with minimal disruption to others’ lives. This program is intended to assist disabled people along with the support of their own family.

How Does Supported Independent Living Program Works?
