With modern design, neutral tones, and excellent accessibility in the kitchen and bathrooms, it prioritizes comfort. Located on a quiet street across from a park, it provides easy access to BBQ areas, a playground, and a dog park. Local conveniences are just a 5-minute walk or roll to Taigum Square, featuring Woolworths, Big W, specialty stores, cafes, and the Taigum Tavern.

Applicants must have High Physical Support (HPS) fully accessible (FA) or Improved Liveability (IL) 3-bedroom house SDA funding
