I-Help Disability Services Connected with Community Leaders at the 2026 CARE Melton Expo

MELTON, VICTORIA — I-Help Disability Services proudly participated in the annual CARE Melton Expo at Cobblebank Stadium. The landmark community event brought together over 40 local organisations, industry professionals, and leaders to celebrate, support, and resource older people, carers, and individuals living with a disability.

Representing I-Help Disability Services, Marketing and Relationship Manager Marcus Cook joined a vibrant gathering of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and aged care providers, community advocates, and council representatives. The expo provided an invaluable platform to connect directly with participants, families, and local support networks to discuss Supported Independent Living (SIL), core supports, and Support at Home (SAH) in-home aged care supports.

The event saw strong leadership engagement, including attendance from Melton City Council Mayor Cr Lara Carli alongside fellow councillors. Highlighting the vital role of community collaboration, Cr Carli noted that the expo provides a crucial opportunity to raise awareness and celebrate the dedicated organizations making a real difference in the lives of individuals, families, and carers across the region.

Reflecting on the successful turnout, Marcus Cook shared, “It was a great day of connecting with participants and networking with NDIS and Aged Care professionals at the Melton Care Expo, representing I-Help Disability Services and Gratitude Home Care. The CARE Melton Expo is always one of our must-go-to annual events, and it is fantastic to see our community partners and local leaders come together to build an inclusive and supportive environment.”

The day’s collaborative energy reinforced local service providers’ and Melton City Council’s shared commitment to fostering an empowered, connected community where everyone feels valued and respected. I-Help Disability Services thanks Melton City Council, Council Officers, event organizers, and all community members who stopped by to connect.
