What is a Roster of Care? | I-Help Disability Services | NDIS Services

Roster of Care

A roster of care outlines the support options that participants’ supported independent living (SIL) providers can provide for participants. This is completed by the SIL provider and is sent to the NDIA to then decide how much SIL funding they believe is required in participants’ plans after taking everything into consideration.

The roster of care includes:

  • Weekly hours for routine home activities
  • Support ratio
  • Price tier (standard/high intensity) for independent living
  • Overnight support type
  • Irregular support amount

If participants have had SIL funding approved before and the support aligns with current needs, the same support level will be funded in participants’ plans.

Changing circumstances or reassessment may require a new roster of care.
